eIF4G-binding aptamer + Human DEFA3 gene 5' UTR

This part combines a 40-nt RNA aptamer reported to bind mammalian eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4G (eIF4G), originally described in Miyakawa et al., 2006, with the 5'-untranslated region (5'-UTR) derived from the human DEFA3 gene, which encodes Defensin Alpha 3. Computational analysis through the TriLink pipeline predicts that the combined regulatory elements may support expression profiles consistent with those associated with the DEFA3 5' UTR, including predicted activity in hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). This DNA part has been experimentally validated in the published literature and/or by customers or third parties and has not been independently validated by TriLink. DNA sequences are provided for research use only, without warranty, express or implied, regarding their fitness for any specific purpose or biological function.
