Human CCR7 gene 5' UTR – Predicted to enhance expression in T cells
The 5'-untranslated region (5'-UTR) sequence originates from the human CCR7 gene, which encodes C-C motif chemokine receptor 7, a G protein-coupled receptor involved in lymphocyte trafficking and homing to secondary lymphoid organs. CCR7 plays a key role in the migration and function of T lymphocytes. Analysis through the TriLink computational pipeline predicts that the CCR7 5' UTR may enhance expression in T cells. This DNA part has been experimentally validated in the published literature and/or by customers or third parties and has not been independently validated by TriLink.
