WPRE

This part comprises the Woodchuck Hepatitis Virus (WHV) Post-transcriptional Regulatory Element (WPRE), a DNA sequence that, when transcribed, forms RNA secondary structures associated with enhanced transcript stability and expression. The WPRE sequence is commonly used in molecular biology applications to support expression of genes delivered by viral or non-viral vectors.
