5-[(3-Indolyl)propionamide-N-allyl]-2'-deoxyuridine-5'-Triphosphate
SKU: N-2065
Description
5-Indolyl-AA-dUTP is another nucleotide analog which can be incorporated during PCR. 5-Indolyl-AA-dUTP (Tryptamino-dUTP) allows for introduction of functionality analogous to the amino acid, Tryptophan into the sequence of interest. When incorporated during selection schemes, the chemical diversity of aptamers can be expanded to include the properties of proteins.
