Human ELANE gene 5' UTR – Predicted to enhance expression in HSCs

The 5'-untranslated region (5'-UTR) sequence originates from the human ELANE gene, which encodes Neutrophil Elastase, a serine protease primarily associated with granulocytic lineage cells and innate immune function. Analysis through the TriLink computational pipeline predicts that the ELANE 5' UTR may enhance expression in hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). This DNA part has been experimentally validated in the published literature and/or by customers or third parties and has not been independently validated by TriLink. DNA sequences are provided for research use only, without warranty, express or implied, regarding their fitness for any specific purpose or biological function.
