Human CCR7 gene 3' UTR – Predicted to enhance expression in T cells
The 3'-untranslated region (3'-UTR) sequence originates from the human CCR7 gene, which encodes C-C motif chemokine receptor 7, a G protein-coupled receptor involved in lymphocyte trafficking and homing to secondary lymphoid organs. CCR7 plays a key role in the migration and function of T lymphocytes. Analysis through the TriLink computational pipeline predicts that the CCR7 3' UTR may enhance expression in T cells.
